We are looking for a creative person who wants to learn more with us.
And no, we are not looking for someone with experience, but if you have it, it’s ok! We welcome you with love 😊

How we need you to be:

➜  Organized;

➜ Curios;

➜  Somewhat independent after 1-2 months;

➜  To like big and ambitious projects but not run away from small and meticulous ones;

➜  To nut shrug your shoulders when it comes to teamwork;

➜ To not want the CEO position after a year. Of course, although you certainly deserve it, we don’t believe in functions;

➜  To like Canva more than you like Excel;

➜  To be willing to learn;

➜  To be the kind of person we can count on. We offer the same in return;

➜  To have more creativity than pragmatism;

➜  To have 4 hours available per day – we start part-time.

What you should do in our Digital Kitchen:

➜  To provide support on different activities that we know and think you might like: Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Social Media;

➜  To monitor and understand how all nice texts and banners translate into numbers and prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports of traffic, sales, tasks, and other KPIs;

➜  To  monitor and prepare daily and weekly statuses for clients in the portfolio;

➜  To work collaboratively and use online tools such as Google Docs, Drive, Slack & Asana;

➜  Write nice texts for Social Media and make them so good that we have to post them;

How we need you to be:

In short, a person responsible for administration, reporting, and logistics.

What we need you to do:

➜ Weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on traffic, sales, tasks and other KPIs for Digital Kitchen clients;

➜ Monitor and report the status of tasks for clients in the portfolio;

➜ Maintain contact with suppliers and collaborators, including the accounting department (monthly);

➜ To be organized and like to organize others, so much so that

➜ To be a control freak of documents and documentation everywhere;

➜ Work collaboratively and use online tools such as Google Docs, Drive, Slack & Asana;

🤯 EXPERIENCE: We don’t ask that you have nowhere to have it before. What we would like is for you not to be a student because you certainly wouldn’t have time for a full-time job.

Otherwise, we will take care of teaching you everything we know.
